Mike Wakefield Managing Director I started work for Lloyds Leasing in 1987 and have spent 33 years in the leasing industry. Recently setting up the asset finance business in January 2008 for The Jelf Group. The subsequent buy out of this division was the catalyst for the creation of Blue Sky Finance Ltd.
James Page Jones Business Development Director – Client I have been involved in the finance industry now for almost 17 years and have experience in the commercial finance sector as a whole, but mainly specialise in Asset and Technology finance in particular.
Where is home? I have lived like a Nomad for the first 25 years of my life being born in Singapore then Wakefield, Macclesfield, Lytham St Annes, Sydney, Stafford and finally seem to have settled roots in Worcestershire. Who do you share your home with? Married to Jackie for 29 years with sons Benjamin 28, Oliver 25 and daughter Erin who is 14 going on 18. I can’t forget our 2 King Charles and Cat. What do you do with your spare time? I enjoy tennis and hiking. Gardening has always been a pastime to relax. Pressure and all that. What charity do you support? National Deaf Children’s Society. Whats your favourite food? Asian What was the first record you bought? Baker Street by Gerry Rafferty and like all my old LPs still have them all.
Where is home? I have lived in Worcestershire now for the last 20 years. What is your favourite food? Chinese What do you do in your spare time? I like most sports and enjoy participating in running, swimming and golf, as well as spending time with my family and friends. What is your favourite film? Planes, Trains and Automobiles – still a timeless classic! What was the first record that you bought? Dire Straits
